This design is best for one. That is why there is not a door or curtain for the bathroom. It has an open floor plan to make it look bigger than it is. It will accommodate a couple with an child, but, it is heaven for a single person. We used a reconditioned trailer to build this tiny house, all other materials were new construction. Our property is 2 acres on a hill. We are in the process of upgrading to 9 spaces with septic, water and new electrical hookups. For that reason, if you book in March expect heavy equipment and dirt moving sounds. if this is going to bug you, please don’t stay. Book at our second Park 2 mins. away with 9 rentals on 2.3 acres and a place for one 30 amp RV.
The Perch has 2 private gravel parking spaces . You are renting the entire tiny house.
We have listed the Perch because the inside is finished. We still are working on the skirting that will be imitation stone so it will compliment the English Tudor design. We also will be building a wrap around wooden deck. Dogs are allowed but two dogs are not. We charge a one time dog fee of $20. If you stay longer than 7 days, we charge a $40 dog fee. If you stay 20-30 days we charge a $100 fee.
